Assistant Ecologists – We’re Hiring!
Seasons Ecology are looking for two enthusiastic and professional Assistant Ecologists to join our Wiveliscombe team. With the majority of our work being located in North Devon, Mid Devon and Somerset West and Taunton candidates would ideally be located within 15 miles of Barnstaple, Tiverton or Wiveliscombe.
Working closely alongside our experienced ecologists the successful candidates will have a unique opportunity to gain significant in house training and exposure to all aspects of ecological consultancy. The right individual will be passionate about wildlife and the outdoors (whatever the weather and hour!), but also enthusiastic with reporting and other office based tasks. A willingness to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities is essential.

Seasons Ecology was established in 2012 and specialises in ecological surveys, impact assessments and mitigation design and implementation, largely to inform and support planning applications and construction projects across a range of different sectors. We are proud to be one of the few CIEEM Registered Practices in the South West.
We are looking to fill these roles as soon as possible for an initial fixed-term of 9 months with potential extension for the right individuals. Full-time and part-time hours will be considered. The roles will be associated with our Wiveliscombe (Somerset) office with remote working an option. These roles will involve working predominantly in Somerset and Devon, but occasionally across the wider UK.
